- Responsible for setting up a business jet operator in Saudi Arabia to ensure market presence and acquisition of new customers (5-year project)- Management of the integration of the fleet of ExecuJet Europe AG into Jet Aviation after acquisition (19 aircraft, ground staff, crew, IT systems, development of processes with new partners)- Led the integration of a new subsidiary in Singapore (after acquisition)- Introduction of a customer portal in EMA and APAC (definition of requirements, evaluation of the software, configuration of interfaces between SAP, DocuWare and ops systems, writing of user instructions for customers, optimization of processes and product- In parallel, initiated smaller projects for process optimization (development of digital account assignment stamps, creation of concepts for standardized billing of services and for invoice processing using artificial intelligence)- Member of the management team and director of subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Dubai

- Founding and development of a subsidiary in Malta for the commercial operation of business jets- Introduction of the first A330 at Jet Aviation (multi-year project)- Introduction of new customer aircraft into the operation (incl. worldwide employment of the crew)- Sales of aircraft management services in EMEA for the operation of business jets- Conducting negotiations with demanding customers as well as developing and implementing customer-specific solutions

- Development and introduction of the safety management system up to FOCA approval- Evaluation and introduction of an innovative software/hardware solution for recording and evaluating occurrence reports (project scope approx. CHF 350,000. -)- Development and introduction of new processes, technical implementation and employee training- Production and maintenance of operational manuals and system documentation

- Redevelopment of an international alliance of business jet operators (product, team building and agreement on further collaboration)
