Industrial Controller for Société Fromagère de Bouvron, cheese factory in Groupe Lactalis, world leader in dairy products.One of the biggest cheese factory in the group (42 000 tons, 500 employees).Important involvement in budget process ; calculation of transfer prices between industrial company and commercial company within the group ; end of month reporting and explanation of discrepancies between results and budget.Missions in the factory about understanding and management of industrial flows.Implementation of tools to improve administrative management in various shops of the factory.Intensive use of Excel ad advanced level.
