• Assisted IPA with the leasing process and day-to-day management of their 152 Multi-Family properties which usually range from 750 - 1,350 square feet per unit and currently houses about 1,000 tenants.• Shadowed leasing agent, assisted with various tasks such as: marketing, move-ins, collected laundry income, created move-in/move-out inspection reports, and performed unit inspections for Multi-Family housing units across the entire San Diego Area.
