As a Business Analyst within the Business Optimization and Effeciency team, I focus on optimizing data processes and policies. Leveraging Profisee, Purview, Access, PowerBI, and other software tools, I conduct thorough analyses of master data to identify areas for improvement and enhance data quality. My role also involves developing and implementing data governance rules and policies to ensure data accuracy and security. I collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, aligning data initiatives with strategic business objectives. Additionally, I create informative reports and dashboards using PowerBI to facilitate data-driven decision-making and identify and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide an insight into the raw data of all loss claims through the utilization of open source data collecting and data mining. Through in-depth analysis, the Samsung Consumer Electronics Security team is able to maximize efforts for loss prevention at high risk locations to further minimize the effect of theft on bottom line profits.
