Handling and depositing both cash and cheques payments received from various credit clients.Maintaining a detailed invoice filling for bank deposits receipts and invoices.Maintaining an updated payment statement for all the insurance companies' account for invoicing and payment follow upConducts relevant billing platforms reconciliation ie.S lade, Mtiba, LCT,MAKL Portal, NHIF,HIS,LIMSReconciles credit accounts in the accounting software and ensures all payments are properly credited to relevant credit accounts for the purpose of maintaining collect SOAReconciles and Shares SOA to respective credit clients on monthly basis.Maintains credits books as per credit clients contracts.Conducts daily credit sales reconciliation and analysis
