Helped technology, pharmacy, compliance, and privacy professionals gain visibility into who is accessing patient data within their EHRs, or engaging in illegal activity such as Drug Diversion. The purpose of my role is to help them secure and monitor activity within their EHR, Cloud, and Pharmacy applications to stay compliant with government regulations such as HIPAA. Accomplishments:- #1 SDR - attaining 125% of 2020s original (non covid-adjusted) quota. Despite a 2 month company initiated “prospecting ban” in early Q2.- Created new call scripts, engaged cold prospects & qualified leads via high volume outbound calls/emails- Held discovery calls to qualify, gather information & schedule demonstrations if applicable.- Helped redesign messaging, persona targeting, and built cadences within Salesloft to boost overall prospect engagement.- Trained new hires and was offered SDR Manager position at the end of 2020

For the summer of 2018 I interned with Akamai's Global Services and Support(GSS) Product Marketing Department. My work required me to collaborate with various globally distributed teams to internally promote a beta launch for our divisions flagship product. My main project was to create a feature demonstration video series to post on Akamai’s internal intranet community to communicate product and feature value. In addition to this, I created various educational and promotional content for additional products in the GSS portfolio. I presented my collective contributions to executive leadership at the annual intern showcase.

For the spring of 2018 I interned with DATIS HR Clouds marketing department. The role required me to aid in managing their client database and leads via Salesforce and third party Salesforce applications such as Cloudingo. In addition, I helped develop signage and materials for field marketing events and helped carry out a direct mail marketing campaign. Separate from my marketing work, I documented customer feedback during sales demos to increase demo impact.

I participated in the University of Tampa's phonathon program. I made high volume outbound calls to various alumni, parents, and friends of the university. I updated information, talked about their experiences with the university, and motivated them to give to the universities annual fund.

Interned with HPE Software during the summer of 2016 and 2017 working on their customer satisfaction initiative. The role required reaching out to HPE customers as well as collaborating with internal, local, and remote customer services teams on survey content, data analysis, and presentation. I helped develop a new customer satisfaction survey, and map out action plans for the coming year. Other projects include supporting the initiative using the JIRA Workflow Ticketing Software and building call scripts. In addition, I developed an comprehensive understanding of HPE Information Governance Solutions.
