I am an IT Software Support Specialist and Systems Administrator with 8+ years of experience, specializing in customer interaction, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and process implementation. My goal is to provide top-tier support for industry-specific programs and hardware, serving users, technicians, engineers, and architecture developers. As the owner of the Illuminated Path AI Agency, I provide consulting services, creating customized AI tools and offering AI best practices to small businesses in spirituality, self-growth, self-help, and alternative lifestyles. My role involves leveraging AI to enhance business operations, streamline processes, and drive innovation. In addition to my AI consultancy, I am actively involved in content creation. I produce engaging content related to Tarot, spirituality, and AI on social media platforms and YouTube. My aim is to provide valuable insights and resources to my audience, fostering a community of like-minded individuals. I also manage multiple lines of merchandise through Valnac Attitude Designs, which includes subcultures, Tarot, and AI-themed products.
