Sam Hamilton leads corporate development for Metropolis Technologies, an AI and computer vision start-up modernizing parking and empowering the future of mobility. He has deep experience in corporate strategy/business development at growth-stage startups and a background in investment banking. Prior to joining Metropolis, he oversaw corporate strategy efforts at WeWork focused on new business formation outside of the company’s core co-working business.In 2015, Sam joined VICE Media’s corporate development team focused on M&A and international business growth. During his time at VICE, he came to oversee corporate development for VICE’s international television business, which involved the formation of joint-ventures and commercial agreements with international media companies to grow both VICE’s television and digital footprint abroad. In 2009, Sam joined Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group where he had a generalist focus.Sam received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
