Hi! My name is Samuel Harding and I'm a student at the University of Rhode Island. I'm currently in my sophmore year and majoring in Civil Engineering. I've lived in Rhode Island all my life and after living with our not so fantastic infrastructure for so long I was motivated to be a part of the solution.
