As the Business Manager for DKM Sheet Metal; my key responsibility is to oversee, improve and increase the efficiency of all company activities. I achieve this by: • Proactively monitor non-conformance management and review company techniques to determine how DKM can incorporate better systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of specific operations and products. • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities for growth; whether this is through the extension of the sub-contract precision engineering market we serve or through the expansion of our brand portfolio; both of which have been achieved in my time at DKM.• Liaising with other areas of management team to determine what levels of infrastructure we need to improve in order to grow and fulfill our customer expectations in an effective and sustainable manner.

I was heavily involved in the planning and implementation of Meterbox.co.uk; a company which now supplies replacement meter boxes to a number of leading utility companies and UK building merchants.
