- Participation in the creation of the Data department at Yara Brazil.- Management of a team of 7 data analysts, supporting the areas of Logistics, Operations, Sales, Demand Planning, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Purchasing.- Support and creation of technical data solutions, such as data extractions from SAP, using SQL or building workflows in Alteryx, Python scripts, organizing data in BI-ROOMs (libraries) and View Privileges (VP), storage in S3, creating dashboards in Power BI (end-to-end process).- Monitoring the performance/progress of projects using Azure DevOps (previously JIRA), focusing on measuring team performance, identifying potential delays, and generating reports for stakeholders.- Managing the project portfolio to be developed, establishing a prioritization committee using a multi-criteria decision matrix, and supporting the executive board in decision-making.

- Management of a team of 8 analysts and 3 specialists.- Leadership in the development and implementation of a portfolio methodology for CAPEX investments, to direct/prioritize all operations at Yara Brazil (budget of 25 million dollars).Use of cloud technologies integrated with SAP, providing information for decision-making.- Ensuring the integrity of Financial information and other KPIs through monthly indicators.- Management and support of SAP governance, with a team of key users specialized in the PP, PM, PS, and LES/Distribution modules.

- Implementation of the Business Intelligence concept at Yara, starting with the QlikCloud platform and migrating to Alteryx and Power BI.- Development of a data-driven culture.

- Implementation of the ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) concept in an automated way.- Organization of datasets, data cleaning, and automation of reports for managers.- Preparation of strategic presentations for the executive board.

- Advanced analyses in Excel (descriptive statistics).- Implementation of SAP PM in 6 units.- Preparation of strategic materials for management (dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint presentations, Word reports).

- Project diagnostics and planning.- Development of improvements and controls for performance indicators.- Implementation and training.- Capacity building for the maintenance and auditing of the implemented management.

Application of the research project entitled "Adaptation and application of the TRM methodology in the scope of the research in Agricultural Instrumentation". Execution of administrative tasks of the laboratory, such as finances, purchases, planning and control of projects developed in the laboratory. In total, 13 projects were under development, with three projects becoming marketable products.

Internship in the administrative area, in the Material, Assets and Warehousing segment, performing functions such as: purchase of materials, stock control, material conference, price survey, problem solving regarding deadlines, collaboration in bids by electronic trading.
