Heavner, Beyers, & Mihlar is a large law firm that specializes in foreclosure law. As a member of the Service Department, I was responsible for aiding in the service of process that is legally required when a property foreclosure takes place. This included, but was not limited to, data entry, creation and filing of legal documents, performing background checks on defendants that both use and contain sensitive personal information, and communicating with and directing process servers and private investigators. I also communicated with our clients, large banks such as JPMorgan Chase, PNC Bank, and Bank of America. Within one month of being hired, I was promoted to the Team Lead position, requiring me to manage seven other department members. During that time, I improved the efficiency in the department to the point that we were able to reduce the staff by almost half and still greatly increase our productivity.

As the store manager I was responsible for any and all store operations. T​his included, but was not limited to, being responsible for staffing the store, training all employees, scheduling, payroll, sales including large corporate orders, providing excellent customer service, maintaining register totals, merchandising, and ordering products, supplies, and store fixtures through multiple outlets. RadioShack is a very metrics ­driven company, and during my time with the company I would regularly exceed all sales and profit goals, consistently being ranked at the top of the company. Four employees that I hired and trained were eventually promoted to store manager and were very successful in their own stores. I was also promoted to one of four district team leader positions, and was used to train and assist other managers. I also voluntarily transferred to multiple underperforming stores in order to advance their long­ term sales and profitability, with the desired results. In 2012, I received the "Circle of Excellence" award as one of the Top 100 managers in the company.
