Samuel’s role on Wilshire Grand is Project Engineer managing the trades listed below. As Project Engineer Samuel’s day to day role include assisting in contract administration, change management, shop drawing and submittals, RFI’s, document control, construction / BIM coordination, managing design deliverable and provide schedule input. • Project Engineer (Demolition) - Deconstruction of the 1.2MM SF 1950's hotel• Project Engineer (Shoring Excavation) - Pile and lagging shoring which supports a 80+' deep excavation. The system utilizes 900+ tiebacks and rakers. • Project Engineer (Structure Leed) - Managing Concrete, Rebar, CMU, Waterproofing, Tower Crane, Man hoist and Survey.

Sr. Estimator - Great Wolf Lodge, a new 565,000 sq. ft., nine-story, 603-room hotel with a 106,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark. The second level will house approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of conference facilities and support spaces. Also included is a five level parking structure. (135MM) Sr Estimator - Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalow, pre-construction and construction services for the iconic 5 star Beverly Hills hotel and bungalows including a major renovation of the main lobby and guestrooms.
