In preparation for my role as a consultant for Mu Sigma, I trained as part of their Program for their off-shore Global Associates (PGA) program. This included:-7 POV Presentations (2 week cycles): with a partner from my training batch, I developed 7 different analytical solutions. Pairs would be given the problem statement and POC at the begin of the cycle. The pair would have two weeks to create a thorough solution and pitch it to their client over a WebEx call. Solutions included a streamlined approval system for a pharmaceutical client's pharmacovigilance team, a new multi-touch attribution marketing campaign to a home wares giant, and a reinvigoration plan for an IOT innovation.-Boot Camp(1 month): Week long intensive courses in R, SQL, Excel and Statistics. Included 8 coding days where I tackled projects such as data cleaning, sentiment analysis, and webscraping using beatiful soup.-Induction (2x1.5 month cycles): Led two different teams of fresher data scientist, who had just joined Mu Sigma delivery.
