Sam’s work within the Species Programme focuses on supporting the implementation of species-related conventions and agreements, such as the Convention on Migratory Species (CMS) family of agreements, the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations (EU WTR), and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
