Here's a little about me. I'm married to my best friend who just happens to be a Sam, I'm the proud parent of the 3 most beautiful girls on the planet and now a handsome little boy! I love spending as much time as I can get with them. Over the past 25 years I have had the opportunity to work for some amazing companies and have had multiple opportunities to shine, here are a few of the highlights.• Successfully created processes for some of our company’s top brokerage clients including a strategically distributed workload for all off phone and on phone activities. • Coached and developed leaders to handle difficult situations by focusing on constructive feedback, crucial conversations & appropriate corrective action techniques. • Managed bi-weekly supervisor time cards using the Kronos System. • Repeatedly exceeded monthly quality goals through integrated coaching and feedback. • Developed web-based fraud training for our entire organization. • Participated in our hiring process, by interviewing and selecting candidates for multiple assignments.I also was very proud to complete my Bachelor of Science Degree for Human Resources Management from Western Governors University in 2021! It was a long time coming but something that meant a lot to me! Lastly, if you have a love for the outdoors, sports or all things “geeky”, we’re going to get along just fine, because I love all things related to Star Wars, Superman, Captain America, hunting, fishing, camping, the 49ers, Utah Jazz, Golden State and of course my daughters soccer team!
