Finally for most of thetime spent with BrightSpace I worked on a estimated 30 Million pound PRS(privately rent scheme) apartment block in the heart of Bournemouth, calledBerry Court. The work that consisted from this project was creating a townscapeanalysis study document, design and access statements, being present in publicconsultation meetings and close client meetings with Bournemouth BDC andfinally planning, working drawings before work commencement.
