In an effort to increase brand recognition, Sam proposed and launched the Housing Perspectives speaker series educating over 100 real estate professionals on the challenges of affordable housing development. The program with a resounding success and resulted in over $25k of new funding for Yachad. Beyond increasing brand recognition, Sam worked to leverage his connections in the real estate community to increase corporate partnerships for the Neighbor to Neighbor program by over $50k. Through Neighbor to Neighbor, Yachad was able to rehabilitate 5 homes in under-served areas for homeowners in need.

As a Senior Development Analyst, Sam managed the due diligence, acquisition, budgeting, entitlement, design, financing, and construction of 6M+ SF of commercial density and 600 residential units. Sam's primary focus was leading JBG's pursuit of the FBI HQ Consolidation RFP. In this role, he oversaw a team of 200+ real estate professionals pursuing 4.5M+ SF of mixed-use density; with 2.5MM SF of Federal Design-Assist development and 2M SF of privately owned mixed use development. Beyond responding to various federal RFP's, Sam also spearheaded JBG's senior living, creative office, and development disruption initiatives, creating millions of dollars of value in each pursuit.
