As a Line Check Airman, I created a learning environment to teach new-hire pilots and upgrading captains how to safely operate within PSA procedures, FAA regulations, and aircraft limitations. As a Captain, I was responsible for the safety of customers and crew as well as compliance with all regulations and company policies; I also fostered a professional environment inside and outside of the aircraft.
