I currently work as a Proposal Copyeditor at Regence BlueCross BlueShield copyediting RFPs and RFIs.Before this, I was a Marketing Content Creator at Dealer Spike, a digital advertising agency that helps increase SEO traffic and sales through online advertising. I write content for our various clients' pages to entice customers and encourage purchases for the product(s) on the pages I'm assigned.I previously worked in the Writing/Editorial branch of the Marketing Department at WonderLab Museum of Science, Health and Technology for two years. In this position I wrote and edited dozens of blogs, press releases, and feature-length articles and have had multiple sponsored content articles published in Limestone Post Magazine.Before WonderLab I worked in customer service at two grocery stores for well over five years, and I have over a decade of creative writing experience. In April 2019 I had two of my poems published in Tributaries - A Journal of Creative Arts.My Bachelor's Degree is in English, Technical & Professional Writing from Indiana University East. This program specializes in professional copywriting and editing in digital and print mediums.I earned a Coding certification through Butler University in which I wrote HTML-5, JavaScript, CSS, and Python, as well as utilizing GitHub and GitBash, MySQL databases, and Visual Studio Code in December 2020.I changed my last name from "Zlotnick" to "Zyra” in December, 2019.
