As a customer service manager my tasks included training newly hired associates, teaching all associates about product knowledge and selling skills, creating a positive working environment, collaboratively working with other managers in the store to get essential tasks completed, and providing excellent customer service to customers in the store.

First year teaching at Tillamook Junior High. Focused on developing student relationships and building a sense of mathematics through CDL guidelines. Offer student online instruction and support through December l, then offered Limited In Person Instruction from January to June at both the Junior High School and Tillamook High School.

While student teaching I assisted in creating a welcoming, student-centered learning environment, scoping and sequencing curriculum, developing differentiated lesson plans, teaching students already designed lessons and personally developed lessons, and grading and providing positive and constructive feedback to students.
