Expanded from 661 accounts and $1.2M in total deposits in the first year to more than 11,000 accounts and $128.7M in deposits today. Increased the loan business from 50 loans totaling $4.2M in 2004 to 417 accounts and loans totaling $182.4M in 2024. Serve on the Commercial Loan Committee responsible for loan review, setting package terms, and final approvals.• Serve as Chairman of the Asset Liability Management and Enterprise Risk Management Committees to meet or exceed financial expectations and regulatory requirements. Evaluate financial decision-making, evaluate major aggregate risk to earnings, and conduct quarterly reporting at the Committee and Board levels.

Developed a long-term financial structure forecast, improved transparency, increased collaboration and engagement, streamlined operations, and returned to profitability ahead of schedule.
