Courageous. Virtuous. Authentic.At the core of my work is the IDEA of a better world. I strive to create spaces where all may show up authentically and their experiences are valued. While Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Advocacy may be buzzwords for some, these values guide my work and my life. Not only do I understand the theories, I am fully equipped to put them into practice. I constantly seek out knowledge to better understand and support my ever-changing community. I'd rather call someone in, than call them out; having intentional and courageous conversations is not for the faint of heart.
