I am an active student on the UBM campus. And as a Marketing Officer at UBM Ancol campus, my role primarily revolved around guiding prospective UBM students on campus tours. Additionally, I was tasked with visiting various schools to identify potential students and engaging in follow-ups with our database. This multifaceted role provided me with invaluable experiences in student recruitment and outreach strategies. Through conducting campus tours, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring that prospective students received comprehensive information about our programs and campus life. Moreover, my visits to schools allowed me to establish fruitful relationships with educators and students, enhancing our recruitment efforts. Following up with our database enabled me to maintain a proactive approach in nurturing leads and converting them into enrolled students. Overall, my time at UBM Ancol equipped me with a diverse skill set crucial for success in marketing within the education sector.
