I have over ten years of professional working experience in Japan.For the past five, I have maintained dual responsibilities as a WFM / Staffing Data Analyst and Human Resources Specialist for a domestic IT Services and Consulting company.I love the experience of meeting new team members and providing 'first touch' support in Japanese language to help prepare them for working at an International Company. I thrive on face to face Japanese language communication. It’s what I'm good at, it’s what I have the most experience doing, and It's what gives me a sense of fulfillment at the end of the day. I bring the communication skills, charisma and real world experience necessary to make doing international business in Japan a success.Other than my kids and family, what I love in this world most is Sumo (大相撲). I watch every tournament in full, from Jonokuchi to Makuuchi.
