I have over 20 years financial services experience specialising in compliance and risk. I have spent many years leading teams in which we have developed and implemented a robust compliance and risk framework for identifying and monitoring internal and external risks within an AFM to ensure the on-going compliance with relevant regulations, including COLL, COBS, CASS, SYSC, TC Sourcebooks, UCITS, AIFMD, SMCR and MIFID.Along with compliance and risk duties, I have been responsible for managing the financial crime prevention framework both as Deputy MLRO and now MLRO for a number of years.
