Elusive student fellowship program through Denver based hospitality company, Stonebridge. Students in the MSU Denver School of HEaT apply for the fellowship and then go through two sets of interviews; one with faculty and one with a group of Stonebridge Executives.For my fellowship, I was placed at the Renaissance City Center Hotel located in Downtown Denver. The semester long program rotated between all hotel departments. For each department, I learned the day-to-day responsibilities before digging into advanced operations and strategies.
