I started my employment at Statefarm in 2024, where I have was able accomplish my 4-40 Auto and Fire licensing and 2-15 Life Insurance licensing. With this position, I'm expected to effectively analysis the gap in customers insurance, if there is one, and articulate the advise I have for them. I spend time with a wide variety of clients with a large array of needs. With this opportunity, it helped further enhance my understanding of numbers and my great with way with talking with people.At the helm of my own enterprise since 2021, our team excels in fostering long-term customer relationships through impeccable service, achieving a 100% satisfaction rate. How we look at it, is if we are doing good business customers will want to come back but also tell their family and friends about us. My educational journey at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs enhances my economic analytical skills, complementing my knack for problem-solving and communication. My education help me fast track my business and my career in a way that works for myself. I get to do what I love everyday but in a way that provides for my family but also helps the community.Leading the charge in strategic purchasing and operations, I steer our company towards sustained growth. Striving for growth, we focus on cutting costs when needed but never at the expense of quality. The best is cutting cost, while maintaining the same quality or even sometimes achieving better results. When costs have been cut, then we can spend more to improve the process. My background as a Team Leader in the U.S. Army has instilled a disciplined approach to managing missions and mission strategies.My unique backgrounds, help me make interpersonal connections with many people from different backgrounds. Everyone has a story, people just need the right questions ask, to tell their story. I spend quite a bit of time giving back to the community because helping people is my reason for "doing". I spend time helping navigate, maintain and build relationships in Feeding Northeast Florida. It's been great meeting the people that volunteer but also the people that benefit of the volunteer work done from Feeding Northeast Florida. It's really shown how great the community of Jacksonville, Florida is.
