• Work with various operating systems including Windows 7 and 10,Chrome OS, iPadOS, and MacOS
• Use PXE service to image/reimage systems using images

• Supervise high school interns working on various projects that include,but are not limited to, asset management and inventory, product lifecyclemanagement, imaging systems to prepare for distribution, and assistingin.
• Perform mid-term and final performance reviews for the interns
• Compile inventory information taken from the interns to prepare forentry into new District database tracking system and deliver compiledinformation to Project Manager

• Determine equipment needs based on student numbers
• Package, ship, and receive IT equipment (Chromebooks, laptops, Merakifirewalls and routers, and peripherals as needed) to virtual schools across thecountry
• Package and travel with a mobile lab suited for SC standardized testsacross the state to various locations as needed
• Set up mobile labs, provide on-site tech support, and tear down labswhen testing is completed

• Determine plan and device sales options based on customer needs, wants, and budget
• Assist customers in device application management, and data backupand restoration using various cloud services
• Provide Tier I and Tier II support to
• customers and staff

• Fuel new business development
• Establish a foothold in several communities in the Carolinas includingFayetteville, Wilmington, Charleston and Summerville
• Provide value added photofinishing services in support of localcommunity events
• Train and mentor more than 220 specialists in the sales and technicalaspects of photofinishing over a period of 2 years
• Apprise Specialists and Store Managers on new marketing andpromotional programs through delivery of one-hour marketing,promotional, and advertising programs
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure equipment was being maintained andserviced per our contracts in order to minimize equipment downtime
