As a Legislative Assistant at the North Carolina General Assembly, I support Senator Amy Galey in the NC Senate by facilitating the Committees on Education/Higher Education and Administrative Procedure Oversight, where I serve as Clerk for multiple committees. I oversee the progress of legislative bills to ensure timely advancement of Senator Galey's sponsored legislation. In this role, I represent the office at meetings and events, fostering effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders. Additionally, I manage constituent casework, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently while maintaining full accountability for these responsibilities.A few key achievements in this tenure include:⇨ Actively working closely with legislators, state officials, agency personnel, and stakeholders to push forward key legislative efforts.⇨ I identified opportunities for improvement and facilitated regular training sessions for interns, boosting overall efficiency and team performance.

While working as the Regional Field Director for the North Carolina Republican Party during the 2022 midterm elections and Greensboro’s Municipal elections, I led election oversight and voter outreach efforts across 11 counties as part of the NC Victory initiative. I worked closely with stakeholders to plan and execute large-scale events, ensuring smooth operations and strong community engagement. In this role, I also recruited, trained, and managed staff while tracking and reporting key metrics. Additionally, I coordinated efforts across three Congressional campaigns, as well as NC House, Senate, Commissioner, Sheriff, and School Board races, overseeing various tasks to support each campaign’s success.A few key achievements in this tenure include:⇨ I set a standard of excellence by overseeing election operations and voter outreach for the Republican Party across 11 counties during the 2022 midterm and Greensboro municipal elections as part of NC Victory.⇨ I led the organization and execution of a targeted voter contact strategy in the region, resulting in over 400,000 voter interactions and significantly boosting voter engagement.⇨ I successfully strengthened voter outreach efforts by managing campaigns for both elected officials and candidates, driving impactful results.

As a Field Representative for the Susan B. Anthony List, I represented the organization at several high-profile events, including one with the Vice President and a North Carolina Senator. I played an active role in the 2020 election operations, volunteering for deployment in Georgia to support efficient and effective processes.
