• Technical lead for a newly formed Analytics team focused on Predictive Analytics and Automation• The creation of predictive models and ensembles for the processing of all data types including image, NLP, numerical and nominal• Extensive use of Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Python, Linux, Cudnn, Cuda, AWS and SQL

My responsibilities in this role include:• Leading the direction of research and development for product creation from initial prototyping to proof of concept, deployment, upkeep and feedback driven modifications• The creation of predictive models and ensembles for all data types including image, numerical and nominal• The creation of data collection software, management of data labelling projects including the sourcing and management of individuals.• The continual forming, testing and implementation of new ideas and innovation• Providing solutions to client driven product changes within a fast paced working environment • To be responsible for the building, functionality and upkeep of live production servers• An emphasis on the use of machine learning combined with heuristic methods to solve current problems in areas of industry interest including but not limited to object detection, ocr, anomaly detection, image manipulation detection, fraud detection, image comparison, segmentation and classification • Extensive use of Caffe, Matlab, Linux, Cudnn, Cuda and RapidMiner• Use of Cpp, Python, R, SQL and Lua• Research into and the use of convolutional neural networks• The utilization of open source and proprietary technologies to maximize the accuracy and speed of development• Presenting results in a form that is true in expected delivery and quantative in a manner that can be understood by the prospective client base
