• Debugging, Instrumenting Source code, and analyzing code level tracing to fix critical, complex and unusual product issues having C-Level involvement and Executive Oversight , on large scale Desktop Virtualization and Application Virtualization solutions engineered using Citrix Cloud, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp and ViaB.• Technical Lead for a team of engineers in areas of technical improvement, including mentorship of new hires, up-skilling existing team members, setting the technical growth path, and the long term technology strategy for the team as a whole.• Possess Exceptional working knowledge and architectural understanding of "The Citrix ICA Protocol", which is the best in class for console remoting. • One of the foremost subject matter experts in the organization with deep architectural knowledge gained through extensively debugging, tracing and analyzing the source code, for specific product components like the DataStore Schema, Desktop Delivery Controller, Machine Creation Services, Citrix Brokering Protocol, WorkstationAgent, PortICA redirection Stack and Licensing Policy Engine.• Debugging I\O subsystems related to DeviceStacks and DeviceNodes, to track IRPs, IOCTLs and other control mechanisms used for user mode to kernel mode communication.• Deep packet level inspection expertise with expert level knowledge on the entire communication stack on hosts and nodes. Have extensive experience on core transport and session layer protocols, with good exposure on network filter drivers implementing filter hooks.• Kernel device driver debugging to isolate faulty driver code and identify fixes.• User mode debugging expertise with highly specialized tools to isolate and fix offending program code.• Core architectural expertise on the basic building blocks of operating systems, redirectors and file systems, to secure and instrument them.• Root cause analysis experience using advanced tools and frameworks like CDFControl, CDFMonitor, Windbg etc.
