Working within a team of 13, I provide support to both Directors and two Financial Advisors. My role is a varied one and ranges from updating the company website to rebalancing funds for its 400 clients. Responsibilities & Achievements Include:• Export data from the CRM system to Excel, to create a detailed spreadsheet, allowing us to calculate income per client, track client information and ensure compliance. • Collating information for advisors to advise clients including illustrations, existing policy information or other research.• Writing of basic suitability letters for all aspects of the business.• Reviewing with advisors and comprehensive preparation of client files for presentation meetings including all compliance documentation, current plan values and FE Analytics performance graphs.• Comparing client investment assets using specific websites comparing growth and cost to determine the best investment option for the client.• Assist in servicing existing clients.• Assist Operations Manager on day-to-day basis to ensure smooth running of a busy practice.• Processing fund switches, policy fund re-balancing and income requests.• Coach and mentor new administrators and ensure systems and procedures are adhered to.• Meticulously update systems (including the client portal and CRM system) with client data and policy information.• Use Excel with formulas working with spreadsheets to identify potential deals.• Work closely with senior Paraplanner to rebalance client investments biannually. • Responsible for maintaining and updating the company website.
