-Strategy Insights is a member-driven organisation which supports some of the most influential leaders from mid-large enterprise. Through roundtable discussions and private 1-1 meetings, we enable decision makers to address their key strategic challenges. It's my role to identify and connect innovative IT solution and service providers to our enterprise clients.

-My key responsibilities surrounds putting together bespoke programmes specialising in IT. Connecting C-level individuals from the top 5,000 organisations across Europe to grow and develop their businesses internationally.-These projects have allowed me to identify key issues and challenges within the IT sector to assist and support top industry leaders.-Our next IT and IT Security Senior IT Roundtable Discussion are taking place on the 18th November.

-Working in a number of different branches as a Personal Banker, I have built up a fantastic community affability, shown great networking prowess and a huge interest in progression.-Adapted to a new work style with maximum efficiency in showing transferable communication and leadership qualities whilst maintaining strong relationships during a global pandemic. Educating and assisting my Thames Valley region with my in-depth knowledge of our new Chat Bot and Voice structures.-Shown a desire for progression with regular referrals to Business Relationship and Financial Planning Managers, accompanied with my application to the Santander Graduate Scheme and development focuses in improving my total understanding of the company of Santander and thoroughly enjoying this career path.
