I guide them through the decision-making process required for evaluating concerns, implementing appropriate sanctions, and addressing appeals, ensuring fairness and adherence to policies. When necessary, I facilitate discussions between General Counsel, Equal Opportunity representatives, and HR to chart a clear path forward. I also I design and manage various initiatives for Associate Deans, Chairs, and faculty, including facilitating workshops that empower our academic leaders to excel and drive progress within their respective roles.Lastly, I work closely with the Director of Data and Analytics, HR, IT, and Registrar to enhance the collection, verification, and reporting of academic- and faculty-related data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
