Conduct safe and efficient Machine Operations. Maintain marina facilities and ensure all equipment is running efficiently. Provide customer service to storage, service and rental customers where needed and complete any and all tasks required from deckhands, technicians, painters, etc. Ensure shelves, fuel tanks, tool carts, parts, etc. remained stocked at all times. Remain updated on any vessel damages or failures, and make necessary accommodations to maximize profits and efficient marina procedures.

Complete specific duties including measuring jobs for mirrors, showers, tables, shelves, etc. Install material from measured jobs in condos, apartments, homes, office spaces, yachts, etc. Make executive decisions where necessary and complete tasks in an orderly and efficient manner.

Make financial and personnel decisions. Act as a leader and team player in "rushes" and make sure all employees and customers remained happy and satisfied. Ensured product quality and restaurant efficiency met/exceeded restaurant standards.
