As I took over the management of the company, it was clear to me that we had to rethink how we work as a business. Growing year after year without a set plan was becoming too expensive. It also turned out that shortly after starting managing the company, the COVID-19 pandemy hit the automotive market, dropping revenue down around 30%. Nevertheless, we managed to go the extra mile in a record time with a small amount of resources available:1) Rebuilt ISO 9001:2015 from scratch.2) Developed IATF 16949:2016 (audit passed in 2021).3) Implemented a project management and industrialization process (VDA 6.3).4) Added SPC techniques to improve and control the quality of production + Tool analysis, etc.5) Greatly increased the productivity of the company.All these steps were needed to level up the company to industry standards and become a competitive player in the market in the long run.I personally developed and executed all the topics above until they were ready to be handed over. Scheduling was not enough to guarantee an optimal performance and I had to integrate more areas of responsibilities in my duties. I started to manage all the supply chain from top to bottom to achieve the goals stablished, measured through the KPIs. From the reception of an order until parts are produced and at customer's premises, I was involved in:- Purchasing and negotiating the raw material, tooling and others.- Scheduling deliveries, machines, personnel to different shifts, etc.- Coordinating suppliers.. I started to assist in budget calculations, costs analysis and in the quality department (FMEA, 8Ds, Ishikawa's...).

Tecnotor is a family-owned business that was set up after the 2008 crisis. As such, organization was poor and old-fashion. My duty when I arrived was to organize the logistics department as well as scheduling production. So far, everything was done "on the go". I developed an interdepartmental metholody to diminish bottle necks and increased delivery and performance ratios.- Scheduled all operations of the company and not just the main machines.- Manager customers orders.- Redefined the warehouse organization (different aresa, protocols, machines, responsabilities, personnel...).- Started managing suppliers.

Developed and privately sold to VIP only the fastest seating poker software in the market, beating the best public alternative by 7ms to 10ms.The technology used in the software to achieve such speed was tailored to every poker room individually (PokerStars, PartyPoker, 888, Ipoker, Full tilt). In the same software, we integrated Windows event,s windows automation, DLL Injection, C, C++ and C# code, hooks, etc.At the same time, we added many anti-copy measurements like code obfuscation, blacklist, software module downloaded online in every execution, etc.Development is halted after poker rooms decide to ban this kind of software.

I left once the Spanish gaming regulation kicked in and there was little project ahead to develop.
