Authored or co-authored more than 240 papers and maps, and more than 150 abstracts. Over 100 invited hour-long lectures delivered to universities, industry groups, or other government (non USGS) agencies. Eight field trips organized and led at meetings of the Geological Society of America, Society for Sedimentary Geology, and American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
