• Management of service contractors against KPIs• Contractor inductions• Establishment of Planned Preventative Maintenance Planner• Contractor onboarding including SWMS and Insurance checks• Work with wider CBRE service lines for delivery of Major Projects, NABERS Assessments, Technical Consultant Reports, Leasing• Tenant engagement including responding to tenant service requests and requests for information• Monthly building inspections

• Assisting a Senior Facilities Manager with management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets• Site inspections with contractors• Sourcing quotes for reactive works• Developing knowledge of a variety of building systems including, BMS, HVAC, Fire and Electrical• Liaising with tenants for contractor access• Invoice processing• Nominated for annual State Achievement Award for Excellence of Property Management • Development of standardised request for funds form to streamline process for landlords

• Acting as the first point of contact for guests across the concierge, front desk, contact centre teams• Ensure guests are getting the most form their stay at the hotel• Acting as team leader providing direction to fellow front desk colleagues• Working with wider Hotel teams, especially with events team for large group arrivals and departures• Managing bookings with third parties• Working with Saudi Arabian delegates for G20 Summit in Brisbane• Large sporting groups including; NRL teams, Wallabies and travelling national rugby teams, Cricket World Cup and travelling cricket teams
