Working full time as Sales Advisor for the West Bridgford based carpet shop Kings Carpets andInteriors. Positioned on the shop floor of the business, I ensured that it was kept tidy and presentable forcustomers, ensuring advertising stands were up to date colours and ranges, showing customers the latestavailable flooring, booking measurements and producing quotes based on the measurements. I also ensured deliveries were stored in the warehouse, handled heavy rolls of carpet, communicated with head office to confirm what was delivered and handled returns.

Full time as a Customer Relationship Associate on the private sector for MHR’s newest HR softwaresolution People First. My duties included managing Small to Medium Enterprise accounts that used thePeople First HR Software, identifying and delving into HR challenges that key account contacts facedwithin their business and offered HR solutions, hosting account reviews and site visits, upselling additional services and software modules, creating and sending order documents, dealing with contract and invoice queries, complaints handling and passing back feedback to product owners on the use of the software.

Taking and handling phone calls, establishing what repairsneed doing to the property, handling resident's enquiries and issues, supporting elderly and vulnerableresidents, raising and booking in repairs, liaising with external contractors and internal stakeholders toreport and obtain updates regarding planned renewable works and estates issues and updating tenants of any current repairs where possible.
