CurrentClient Satisfaction Maintain positive client relationships resulting in 95% retention of assigned book of business. Review request for proposals and insurance plan analyses, negotiate with carriers and recommend renewal actions Review changes in the insurance industry and other external conditions that can impact client satisfaction and financial operations Analyze clients' insurance objectives and evaluate insurance plans to determine suitability Oversee open enrollment process for clients, including providing presentations to clients and their employees to enhance understanding of benefit plans Manage the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts. Serve as the liaison between business clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues that require policy interpretation and experience-based judgment to resolve. Educate clients and assist as needed on ways to resolve claims and billing issuesOperational Performance Manage and maintain a $390,000 book of business Manage and maintain 425 Lines of Coverage Contribute to meeting departmental production goals by identifying and following up on cross-selling opportunities with existing accounts when appropriate Identify new business opportunities by working closely with Producers on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals Manage major group medical, dental, vision, life, long-term/short-term disability, health savings/health reimbursement/flexible spending account products for new and existing accounts Educate business clients on Wellness and EAP programs
