Sam is an experienced systems thinking and strategy focused leader. He has experience in policy and system design, organisational design, transformation, change management, data modelling and workforce resource modelling across the Justice sector. He has worked for over 10 years across the Justice sector in Transformation, Investment and Performance Analysis, Corrections Victoria and Consumer Affairs Victoria. Prior to that he worked as a human resource and management consultant in the private sector for a boutique consulting firm and holds degrees across business, accounting, psychology and neuroscience.
