Operations Engineering leader for Revvity's manufacturing facility in Hopkinton MA supporting multiple product portfolios. Leads interdisciplinary engineering teams to support day-to-day production, continuous improvement and NPI in order to consistently deliver on revenue goals while improving product margins and quality. Experienced with significant operations projects including executing on cross country production line transfers and developing and implementing CapEx projects in excess of $5M to modernize aging production lines. Highly experienced in both clean room photolithographic fabrication and electromechanical assembly processes. Multiple responsibilities related to supporting and sustaining to high volume (chip fabrication) and low volume (electromechanical instrument) production in a high-tech, fast-paced biomedical device manufacturing environment. Technical subject matter expert for Perkinelmer's (now Revvity's) Labchip Microfluidic system. Responsibilities include:-Leading manufacturing transfer of NPIs from R&D to production, with a particular focus on "Problem NPIs"-Transferring production lines between different sites within a company and creating new production lines/cells-Training and providing second-tier support for field service engineers and tech support-Training and providing continuing support for manufacturing personnel-Driving continuous improvement in existing product lines to improve first pass yield, throughput capacity and product margins while reducing scrap, rework and labor time and cost of goods sold.-Reacting quickly to and resolving supplier issues, shortages and non-conformances to support production goals in a lean manufacturing environment-Qualifying new low cost suppliers.-Tracking and trending customer and field service and production issues to identify and resolve systemic manufacturing and design issues.

Design manufacturing processes to facilitate production of customer designs for custom thin film integrated circuits. Also specialize in software automation of established design processes.
