Actively troubleshooting issues with customers, both over the phone via email. Provide highest level of customer support possible. Delegate tasks and utilize policy to assist BPO teammates, worked on high value and profile orders such as the Super Bowl, worked on Social Media team to interact and assist customers on our must front facing platforms.

My job included prepping and setting up reservations for the day, making sure each profile as the proper routing and payment method attached. After setting up reservations for the day, I answer calls, check-in and out guests, reply to emails, and serve guests with exemplary customer service.

I started working at Binny's Beverage Depot after losing my previous job to Covid-19. I started off working part time, after my manager noticed my work ethic and strengths in organization and attention to detail, I was moved to head of the curbside unit. With curbside being a new department I used many of my skills to organize the department and get set it up to a high standard of accuracy and customer service. After 3 months of working the curbside unit I was promoted to a Lead Receiver of the largest Binny's in the country. My duties included checking in all merchandise to the store, having days where we as a team of two would check-in over 5000 units in a single day. I would follow up on any inventory issues, kept track of high end product, and became scissor lift and basset certified.

After spending several years in the food industry I wanted to try my hand with my interpersonal skills and my love for fitness and try to help the lives of those I spent many years giving ice cream too. This was the first Mayweather that was opening up in Chicago so a large portion of my work at the start of this job was going to bars and different events to spread the word about the gym and have people sign up. When our location was ready, I was a key holder for this position, and I would open the gym, make sure it was up to a high cleanliness standard. Then I would check-in and greet returning members, as well as give tours to potential new members, and attempt to sell them a membership. We opened on March 20th, 2020 and sadly closed down a few days later due to Covid-19. For about 2 months after that I would make cold calls in an attempt to sell memberships (when we believed quarantine would last for a few weeks). I ended up selling over 20 memberships during that time that sadly never came to join.

I interviewed for a part time position originally, but after interviewing with the manager, they asked me to come on as a Team Lead and help open a new location in Wrigleyville. I was a key holder in this position, and I would be in charge of opening and closing the shop, counting money and handling bank interactions, help with inventory and training of both regular employees and other new Team Leads. I would help with all serving and cleaning tasks as well as handle customer service issues.

While I was attending Second City, I also got a job there hosting, and eventually bartending as well. I would be in charge of starting guest experiences, show people to their proper seat and enforce proper theater etiquette. After I moved on to bartending, I would be in charge of prepping my bar before the show and prepare cocktails and drinks as well as help run orders.

I originally joined Chipotle in late 2014 and worked there until the summer of 2015 when I moved to Chicago. After a years break from working to learn my new city and get acclimated to school I got my old job back at a Chipotle in Chicago. My duties included food prep, inventory control, training any new back of house employees, and keeping the back to the highest standards of cleanliness.
