* Taking delivery of goods and signing the delivery notes or receipts* Checking goods for missing or damaged items* Unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks* Picking and arranging goods that are to be delivered* Keeping record of goods, normally on the computer* Carrying out stock control on a regular basis.

* Maintain timekeeping and personnel records* Monitor employees productivity and provide constructive feedback* Receive complaints and resolve problems* Organize workflow and resolve problems* Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa* Decide on rewards and promotion based on performance.

- Inbound and Outbound calls to and from customers who intend to place orders.- Working directly with customers regarding all kinds of products and orders.- Processing orders and giving customers information about products and services.- Listening to customers' complaints, and processing returns or replacement

* Assisting the aged, physically challenged or clients who have health related issues with wheel chair* Giving close observation to the critically ill and aged patients* Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and moving of clients* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as eating, drinking, carrying luggage’s and toileting* Maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment* Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude and always attentive to each client’s individual needs
