I am a licensed Florida certified general contractor and owner of SL Builders & Associates, LLC. I am also a Florida independent insurance adjuster. I am a hands-on certified general contractor with over 14 years of construction experience in residential and commercial construction. I have also completed over a thousand insurance 4 point and wind mitigation inspections for home owners and insurance companies. I have a verifiable track record of providing great customer service and project management on smaller projects with values ranging in the thousands of dollars worth of scope to multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects. My areas of expertise are in public and municipal construction, medical buildouts, hospitality renovations (hotel), residential construction, residential additions, residential structural repairs, commercial structural repairs, large to light commercial interior buildouts, and insurance repair projects.
