Training Development and Facilitation - Developed training in new data reconciliation processes for a Fortune 500 Healthcare Payer. Facilitated training for client team and set up mock reconciliation cycles so that the team members could practice in a low-risk environment. Through training, I improved the team members’ skills and confidence, allowing them to independently achieve a reconciliation score of above 99%.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering - Analyzed, designed, and developed new business processes for Fortune 500 health insurance company. Gathered business and functional requirements for enrollment reconciliation systems for state and federal health insurance marketplaces. Implemented new systems and processes, resulting in the recovery of over $40M in subsidies from the government, bringing payment reconciliation to above 99%. Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP) Volunteer Community Lead - Los Angeles lead for volunteering community in Accenture's development consulting group. Managed group of 15 consultants worldwide in organizing and facilitating global case competition for over 100 analysts.

System Testing and Implementation - Scripted and tested over 50 scenarios and defects for new welfare eligibility system. Implemented new system in 5 county offices, enabling self-sufficiency in 500+ end-users across 5 implementations. Managed teams of approximately 10 Accenture and client staff during implementations during final two implementation phases, facilitated daily meetings with district office leadership, and reported daily progress to Accenture leadership. Developed and led over 20 trainings for large audiences, including client and Accenture leadership. Supply Chain Management – Utilized hospital contract database to synthesize information for the conversion and standardization of over 1000 hospital products. Worked with clinical teams to determine proper item conversions and developed and validated weekly Excel spreadsheets for new items to be properly built into PeopleSoft. Developed periodic inventory reports to assist inventory team in the labeling and disposal of over $5M in outdated products and communicated the conversions with the proper hospital staff. Assisted with the submission of local contract proposals, improving contract compliance to over 95%. Prepared and presented weekly status report to leadership. SoCal LGBT Communications Lead - Organize and distribute communication and marketing materials for LGBT employee resource group. Develop monthly newsletter for distribution to 50+ members. Market Research – Researched various local and global NGOs active in Africa. Gathered comprehensive information on over 30 NGOs to determine potential partnership opportunities for non-profit consulting division. Innovation Challenge – Assisted in the development of a winning proposal for non-profit partnership. Performed stakeholder and market analyses to determine creative and effective method to increase engagement of the partnership members and improve awareness of the partnership.

Responded to over 100 student concerns weekly in a freshman residential building. Helped hundreds of students move in and out of the building each year. Helped implement a new mailing organization and distribution system so that residents could receive mail more efficiently.

Training Development and Support – Developed courses in finance and project management for the training of new interns in a business consulting and training firm. Collaborated with multiple intern teams to design and develop PowerPoint decks for multi-part courses in each of these subjects. Provided mentorship and support in the training and on-boarding of 5+ new interns to help ensure effective internship program.
