Revenue Recovery Finance Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of audit methods that maximize department efficiency and achieve desired business results, including reducing excess hours, managing payroll multiple shifts, customer service, and safety and OSHA compliance. Develop and manage a workforce of 55 - 75 employees including developing plans to cover 100,000 packages daily, determine employees' development and performance improvement evaluations in accordance with UPS policies. Daily: Plan the use of people, technology, compliance, and equipment resources in order to audit at maximum efficiency in a safe and productive manner with customer needs in mind. Weekly: Plan personnel resources around vacation and attendance issues in order to insure all vital goals covered are met. Monthly: Work with employees to effectively train employees in safety, quality, and production initiatives. Weekly, monthly and quarterly: Gather safety, service, cost, and production numbers for entire work group and replay numbers and initiative outcomes to workforce and corporate office. All must be done while immediately addressing concerns as they arise from customers, employees, colleagues, and superiors.
