Joey Delivers is an e-commerce platform founded to support businesses with timely and environmentally conscious parcel deliveries. Joey's conception began when we noticed that there wasn't a simple, cost-efficient, and speedy delivery service. Utilising our combined experience in logistics and e-commerce, our founding team created Joey Delivers - an efficient and environmentally friendly delivery service for e-commerce businesses. Being involved with the company since its foundation has meant I have played many active roles throughout its journey, including:- Market research- Product design- Business feasibility and viability studies- B2B & B2C communication and support- Liaising with stakeholders - Employee training and supportJoey will always be the first business I helped found. What started off as a part-time job during university, eventuated into something much bigger. I began my time at Dryz as a courier while studying Commerce and Arts. Within the first year, I was promoted to an administrator and was responsible for the startup's Melbourne branch. This involved route optimisation and support for our couriers, communicating with our cleaning partners and providing outstanding B2B and B2C experiences in both business development and customer support.My role continued to evolve, culminating in me remotely aiding the NSW & QLD teams and taking an active role in the hiring and onboarding experiences of our employees. In addition to these customer-facing and employee-facing activities, I also contributed and created various internal and external UX and UI changes to the platform to better support our customers and internal operations, acting as a liaising point with our development team.What began as a part-time opportunity to get through university, ended up being a 5+ year journey of growth.
