I was introduced to the IT field at the age of 13 (2013) through my mother. Curious, I sought to pursue a technical high school education through ETEC in 2014, where I learned various programming languages such as PHP, C#, and especially learned more about Java, participating in marathons, challenges, and competitions. During that time, I remember beginning to understand how “things in the virtual world” worked, and that was what captivated me most about the field. I was also introduced to databases and front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I ultimately chose to focus on back-end development because I was more attracted to the logical aspects that run behind software.My first more formal professional experience came from the SPTech college, where I decided to pursue a degree in Systems Analysis and Development (ADS) due to its quick market insertion proposal through partner companies. I started as an intern at TIVIT, where I was able to closely observe the workflow in a large company, working in the data center in Santo Amaro/SP in the technical support sector. During this period, in addition to handling support tickets, I created an internal program to facilitate report generation via JasperReport. However, technical support was not what I wanted for my career.Today I work as a Java developer at a consulting company focused on CMS (Content Management Service). I have been involved in two major projects: Sebrae and Porto Seguro.At the Sebrae portal, I was responsible for maintaining and updating legacy projects (Java 6, 8 and 11), developing Webinars on the platform, and various integration projects with APIs for content import. I worked on this project for three years. At the end of it, I also had the chance to take on a more leadership-oriented role, where I conducted several technical analyses and participated in proposals for platform improvements, SEO enhancements, portal performance, and preparations for future CMS migrations.Since May 2023, my project has been the Portal Corretor Online at Porto Seguro. Here, I work as a senior developer, and along with the team, we are responsible for maintaining this portal, which is one of the most critical for Porto Seguro. I would like to highlight two of the demands I was responsible for in the project: first, the creation of a system to assist the RPAs, which improved performance by alleviating congestion on the main portal; and second, the integration of Sicredi's logged-in users on the platform, which increased the user base and activity on the portal.
